Fluent in French & English, Yu played a lead manager role in introduction of 3 foreign products line & 100% localization during her 4-year tenure of BOBST China.
In 2006, Yu dedicated herself to PR communication & marketing area specialized in government relationship & crisis management, and she moved to Carrefour as the Executive Assistant to President & CEO Carrefour China. In 2012, Yu acceded to the position of CMO of Carrefour China.
After graduated EMBA in 2015, Yu became the Carrefour China Vice-President. Yu now controls the whole development of E-commerce, digital transformation & marketing scope of Carrefour China, also including relevant data and financial service of all the online platforms. Her expertise in retail marketing & digitalization is second to none.

2012年余莹女士加入家乐福中国,担任家乐福中国区总裁助理,紧接在2012出任家乐福中国区首席营销执行官,同步在2015年获得了法国巴黎高等商学院EMBA学位。2018年荣升为家乐福中国区副总裁,负责多个项目领域。电子商务领域,她管理家乐福全国B2C、020业务(京东到家、美团、饿了么、百度外卖等)、无现金支付、前置仓、物流、供应链;市场营销领域,创建全渠道市场营销模式,积极领导促进跨品牌间合作及智慧零售模式的探索。 数字化领域,与中国社交巨头腾讯牵手,达成战略合作,在社交广告、会员数据及腾讯云等领域进行了深度的合作,推进扫码购、自主购、货架机器人等智慧零售项目在家乐福的落实。大数据领域,管理达65%销售渗透率3200万会员数据系统,及家乐福电子商务会员数据系统。
