Jim Qian has been leading Bacardi’s e-commerce operation since 2016. The company has been seeing over 400% growth on JD.com since the shift towards e-commerce. Jim holds a Master of Science degree from MIT Sloan and an MBA degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Before joining Bacardi, Jim was a co-founder of a high-tech startup in New York and Vancouver.
