Alexandre CRAZOVER
Passionate about multiculturalism and entrepreneurship, Alexandre Crazover combined personal convictions and professional project in 2000, when he created Datawords together with several partners of different cultural backgrounds. Today, Datawords has 300 employees who represent about 40 nationalities and more than 50 languages and cultures. The company is established in France, Italy, Germany, England, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and the United States. Datawords’ success story has been rewarded by several awards, including recently the Digital International Awards (from IE-Club – in partnership with Microsoft, Ubifrance and the French National Institute of Industrial Property).
The creation of Datawords fits a background characterized by the study of Chinese when Alexandre Crazover was 14, at a time when learning this language was less common than today, and by internships in the late 1990s at Indosuez in Shanghai and at L’Oréal. These experiences allowed him to identify a clear demand when the rise of the Internet and the stakes linked to cultural and linguistic differences were mingling. Created while Alexandre Crazover was a student at the ESCP Business School, Datawords has developed unique know-how and expertise over the years. As a multicultural digital production agency, Datawords specializes in adapting the digital strategies of its clients and making them meaningful on a local level, enabling brands to accelerate their international expansion.
