Jeff LU

Jeff Lu is the Executive President of Yoozoo Holdings. Yoozoo Holdings is the parent company of a group of businesses including Yoozoo Games, Yoozoo Film, Yoozoo Sports, Yoozoo Development and Yoozoo Investment. Jeff is now in charge of the overall group businesses and management. With his rich experiences in private placement and merger acquisition, particularly in assisting Chinese companies in their overseas investment and acquisition, Jeff leads the team to carry out tax planning, fund establishment, strategic development planning, and is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investor relations as well as government relations maintenance of listed company.

Yoozoo Games (SZ002174) was founded in 2009 and listed in A-Share Stock Exchange Market in 2014. Yoozoo Games is a leading online game company and also an interactive entertainment technology company. Headquartered in Shanghai, it also has offices in Germany, India, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.

Before joining Yoozoo in mid-2017, Jeff was an experienced Partner in PwC. He has served a long period of 22-years in both PwC China and PwC UK. He was the core-founding member of PwC China Corporate Finance practice. He also has broader views in various industries such as TMT, advanced industrial products, financial services, real estate and property, consumer goods, etc.

Jeff received his Electronic Engineering BS from Shanghai Fudan University in 1995. He is also an EMBA graduated from China Europe International Business School (“CEIBS”) in 2005. He is a Chinese Public Certified Valuers (CPV).
